Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rolol.com and the tools, guides, and other features provided through that website. “Rolol”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the website operator. Contact us at info@rolol.com.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you cannot agree, stop using the website. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you, involve a parent or guardian as required. Separate services or subdomains may have their own terms.

1. What Rolol provides

Rolol offers online utilities and explanatory content. These can include PDF and image tools, audio editing, text and code tools, calculators, QR generators, trip planning, invoice and document creation, and browser-based record keeping. Individual features, supported formats, compatibility, and availability can change.

Use each tool according to the instructions and limitations shown on its page. “Free” access does not guarantee permanent availability, unlimited technical capacity, or support for every file or browser. We may update, restrict, or discontinue a feature, subject to any applicable obligations.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, the files and code you use, and how you use or distribute the results. Check that you have permission to process any personal information or material belonging to another person.

  • Use Rolol lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, copyright, and other rights.
  • Do not submit malware, fraudulent material, unlawful content, or code intended to compromise the website or another person.
  • Do not interfere with security controls, overload the service, or use automation in a way that disrupts other users.
  • Do not use generated documents, invoices, QR codes, or other outputs to impersonate someone, falsify a transaction, or mislead a recipient.
  • Do not place passwords, payment credentials, or other confidential information in public comments.

3. Files, editing, and downloads

Keep an original copy of any file before editing, compressing, converting, splitting, merging, or otherwise changing it. A conversion or edit can change layout, quality, metadata, signatures, accessibility, or compatibility. Check the downloaded result before relying on it or sharing it.

Use PDF unlocking and password-removal features only for files you own or are authorized to access and modify. Access to a tool does not give you permission to bypass another person’s restrictions. Likewise, edit or distribute audio, images, documents, and other materials only when you have the necessary rights.

4. Calculators and professional decisions

Calculator results depend on your inputs, assumptions, formulas, rounding, and any external information used. Results are estimates or general information, not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

Financial calculators do not constitute a loan offer or guarantee a lender’s repayment schedule. Invoice generators do not determine the correct tax treatment or guarantee compliance with every billing requirement. Health, period, pregnancy, and fertility estimates do not diagnose a condition or provide a reliable method of contraception. Verify important results with appropriate records, official sources, or a qualified professional before making a significant decision.

5. Maps, routes, payment QR codes, and external data

Routes, distances, driving times, place details, toll estimates, and travel budgets may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Check current travel conditions and actual charges. Mapping and other external providers can have their own terms, service limits, and availability restrictions.

A UPI or other payment QR tool creates payment instructions from the information entered. Rolol is not a bank or payment gateway and does not verify the ownership of a payment address or authorize the resulting transfer. Verify the payee, address, amount, and payment app’s confirmation before paying or distributing a QR code.

Bank identifiers, postal information, and other lookup results should be checked against the relevant official source when accuracy is important.

6. Code, speech, and browser features

Code formatting, minification, and preview tools can change or execute your code. Test the result before using it in production. Previewed code can contact external services or perform actions allowed by your browser and the preview environment. Run only code you understand and are authorized to use.

Speech-recognition, camera, clipboard, sharing, download, and other browser features depend on browser support and any permissions you grant. Transcriptions and other automatically generated results can contain errors. Review them before use.

7. Saved work and privacy

Some tools keep settings, records, or drafts in your browser. Local browser storage is not a guaranteed backup or a promise of synchronization between devices. Clearing browser data, switching browsers, device failure, or software changes can remove saved work. Export or back up important information yourself.

Read our Privacy Policy to understand comments, analytics, browser storage, advertising, and features that contact external providers. A feature operating in your browser does not mean that the website as a whole makes no network requests.

8. Comments and other submissions

If you submit a comment or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit spam, harassment, threats, impersonation, or private information about another person without an appropriate basis.

You retain ownership of your submission. You give Rolol a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the feature for which you submitted it. This does not give us a general right to sell or republish your private tool inputs as unrelated content. We may reject or remove submissions that breach these Terms or are unsuitable for the discussion.

9. Intellectual property and tool outputs

Rolol’s original website text, branding, design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party libraries, fonts, images, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Nothing here overrides permissions granted by an open-source or other third-party licence.

You may link to our public pages and use the tools for lawful personal or business tasks. You retain your rights in the material you provide. Subject to those rights, applicable law, and any relevant third-party terms, you may use the outputs you generate. Rolol does not claim ownership of your original documents, code, recordings, or data merely because you process them with a tool.

Do not copy and redistribute the entire website, remove ownership notices, or present Rolol’s original content as your own without an applicable permission or legal right.

10. Advertising and external services

Rolol may display advertisements or link to third-party websites, including payment, mapping, and social platforms. An advertisement or link is not a guarantee or endorsement of the provider or its products. Your dealings with a third party are subject to that party’s terms and privacy practices.

Do not generate artificial ad clicks or impressions, use click-exchange arrangements, or otherwise misuse advertising shown through the website.

11. Availability, warranties, and responsibility

We aim to provide useful tools, but errors, interruptions, security incidents, or inaccurate results can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or compatible with every device.

To the extent permitted by law, Rolol is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, loss of locally saved work, reliance on an unverified result, or interruption of an external service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may revise these Terms as the website changes. The latest version and revision date will be posted on this page. Changes apply subject to applicable law and do not automatically remove rights that already arose under an earlier version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you in your jurisdiction. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to the courts or other dispute-resolution bodies that have lawful jurisdiction.

For questions, corrections, or intellectual-property concerns, email info@rolol.com or use the contact details on our Contact Us page. When reporting a concern, identify the relevant URL and provide enough information for us to investigate.
